Predicta Analytics (“Predicta Analytics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a Software-as-a-Service reporting and dashboard platform for digital marketing, e-commerce, and financial reporting (the “Service”). The Service provides subscribers with standard dashboard templates and a drag-and-drop widget builder that allows subscribers to design their own dashboards using data retrieved from connected third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Lighthouse, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Shopify, QuickBooks, and other social media, e-commerce, and financial platforms that a subscriber elects to connect (each an “Integration”, and collectively “Connected Platforms”).
This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data and Integration Data we collect, how we use, disclose, retain, and protect it, and the rights and choices available to you. By creating an account, connecting an Integration, or otherwise using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of data as described in this Policy.
If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Service, connect any Integration, or provide us with your Personal Data. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies — including session cookies, preference cookies, and security cookies — to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies; however, some features of the Service may not function properly without them.
1.4 Integration Data (Third-Party Connected Platform Data)
When you authorize an Integration, Predicta Analytics accesses only the data made available under the permission scopes approved by you or your authorized users. Depending on which platforms you connect, Integration Data may include

It is not accessed or used by Predicta Analytics personnel for any purpose other than operating, supporting, and securing the Service, or as reasonably required to investigate a technical issue or respond to a support request.

- Communicate Service updates and, where you have not opted out, other information about our products
We do not use Integration Data for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and we do not sell Integration Data or Personal Data to any third party.
3. Data Retention Policy
Because Predicta Analytics stores data retrieved from third-party Integrations in order to operate dashboards and historical reporting, we apply the following retention rules to that data.
3.1 Active Subscribers
Integration Data and associated reporting data is retained for up to twelve (12) months on a rolling basis while your subscription remains active, to support historical trend analysis and dashboard continuity.
3.2 After Account Termination or Cancellation
Following termination or cancellation of your subscription, Integration Data is retained for a further period of one (1) month, after which it is permanently deleted from our production systems — except where retained in encrypted backups for a limited period for disaster-recovery purposes, or where we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.
3.3 Extended Retention on Request
If you require retention of Integration Data or reporting history beyond the standard twelve (12) month period described in Section 3.1, you may request extended retention. Extended retention is provided at Predicta Analytics’ discretion, is subject to a separate written agreement, and may incur an additional fee.
3.4 Personal Account Data
Personal Data associated with your account (such as name, email address, and billing information) is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request earlier deletion of your data, subject to Section 10 (Your Rights) and any legal retention obligations we may have.
4. Third-Party Platform Data Disclosures

Our access, use, and storage of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data Accessed With your explicit authorization, we may access: basic Google Account information (email address and account ID); Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console data (read-only); and Google Sheets data, only where explicitly connected by you. We request only the minimum scopes required to provide the Service. Data Usage Google user data is used solely to retrieve performance metrics, generate dashboards and reports, and enable scheduled data refresh. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling. Storage, Retention, and Revocation Google user data is stored and retained in accordance with Section 3 above. You may revoke Predicta Analytics’ access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account; on revocation, associated data is deleted or no longer accessed. 4.2 Meta Platform Data Disclosure
With your explicit authorization, Predicta Analytics accesses Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, and Meta Ads data via the Meta Graph API for the purpose of generating dashboards and reports. Our access, use, and retention of this data complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We request only the permissions needed to display the metrics you choose to include on your dashboards. Meta Platform Data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or to operate essential infrastructure under confidentiality obligations. You may revoke Predicta Analytics’ access to your Meta data at any time through your Meta Business Settings; on revocation, we will delete or cease accessing the associated data in accordance with Section 3.
4.3 LinkedIn Data Disclosure
With your explicit authorization, Predicta Analytics accesses LinkedIn Page and advertising analytics data via LinkedIn’s API platform for the purpose of generating dashboards and reports. Our use of LinkedIn data complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. Access may be revoked at any time through your LinkedIn account settings.
4.4 Other Integrations
Where you connect other platforms (for example, Shopify, QuickBooks, or other social or advertising platforms), we access only the data permitted by the scopes you authorize, use it solely to power your dashboards and reports, and apply the same retention, security, and non-sale principles described in this Policy. Where a specific platform’s developer policy imposes additional requirements, we comply with those requirements.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell Personal Data or Integration Data. We may disclose data
- To service providers and sub-processors who support hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, or payment processing, under confidentiality obligations
- Where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a court or government authority
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Predicta Analytics, our users, or the public, or to investigate suspected wrongdoing
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections for the transferred data
6. International Data Transfers and Cloud Hosting
The Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Depending on the hosting provider and region, your data — including Personal Data and Integration Data — may be stored, processed, or transferred on servers located outside Australia, and will not necessarily remain within Australian geographic boundaries. Where Predicta Analytics operates in, or offers the Service to, users in Australia, we handle Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), including the cross-border disclosure obligations set out in APP 8, and we comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme administered by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Where data is transferred outside Australia or your home jurisdiction, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients apply security and handling standards consistent with this Policy, including through contractual safeguards with our cloud and infrastructure providers. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border storage and processing.
7. Data Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring, to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Consent and Authorization
By creating an account, connecting any Integration, and/or continuing to use the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority — including on behalf of your organisation and any authorized users — to grant Predicta Analytics access to the data made available through each Integration you connect. You consent to Predicta Analytics accessing, storing, processing, retaining, and disclosing that data in accordance with this Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any third party whose data is visible through your connected Integrations (for example, your employees, colleagues, or clients) has been informed of, and where required has consented to, this processing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predicta Analytics’ aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the collection, storage, processing, retention, or disclosure of data under this Policy is limited to direct damages and will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Predicta Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for data made available through third-party Integrations that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable due to a Connected Platform’s own policies, outages, or API changes.
10. Your Rights and Access
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the use of, or receive a portable copy of your Personal Data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may ask you to verify your identity before actioning a request. Please note that deleting Integration Data during an active subscription may affect your ability to use certain dashboard features.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at, or intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such data without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it from our systems.
12. “Do Not Track” Signals
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Policy on this page, updating the effective date above, and/or notifying you through the Service or by email prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
